Job Description

Site Managing teams, daily schedule and site distribution along with supervision, pick up or drop off the team to relevant sites. and below listed:

1. Project Planning and Scheduling

Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to define the scope, goals, and deliverables. Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities.

2. Technical Support and Oversight

Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation. Ensure engineering standards and safety regulations are met.

3. Coordination and Communication

Act as a liaison between engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients. Attend project meetings and report progress. Resolve any technical issues or conflicts between stakeholders.

4. Budget and Cost Control

Estimate project costs and prepare budgets. Monitor expenses and ensure the project remains within budget. Assist in cost control and value engineering.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance

Ensure all work meets required quality standards and complies with codes and regulations. Conduct inspections and oversee testing and commissioning of equipment or systems. Prepare and maintain quality control documentation.

6. Risk Management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

7. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, drawings, and permits. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

8. Procurement and Material Management

Coordinate with procurement for material and equipment needs. Track delivery schedules and inventory management.
Optional Responsibilities (depending on industry):

Support in contract negotiations and change orders. Train or supervise junior engineers or technicians. Interface with clients for project updates and handover.
