Project Engineer - Interior And Fit Out
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Skills & Competencies :
- Strong MEP and HVAC system knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making ability
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Commercial awareness and cost-control mindset
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE
- Client-side, developer, or PMC experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of UAE construction practices, authorities, and regulations
- Strong experience in new build, renovation, and fit-out projects
- Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD and project management tools are an advantage
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
