Job Description
Job Summary
Provide technical expertise during the design and development of Emirates aircraft products in their respective fields i.e. Avionics, In Flight Entertainment (IFE), Cabin Interior, Airframe systems, Power Plant Engineering and Structure. To specify the Emirates aircraft definition to ensure that they are correctly configured prior to delivery and that all buyer furnished equipment (BFE) and seller furnished equipment (SFE) programmes are delivered as per the specification and on time.
Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering Projects: 12+ Years
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- Degree or Honours in Engineering preferably Aeronautical and/or holder of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence.
- Experience in aircraft engineering preferably 5 years in projects aircraft delivery related profession.
- Thorough knowledge of the latest technical developments in Airframe/ Power Plant/ Avionics/ IFE Equipment, Cabin equipment and installations and industry trends of future changes.
- Must have the ability to synthesise technical information, cost impacts and contractual commitments.
