The Role
My client is an established Fit-Out Contractor delivering various turnkey projects across the UAE. As part of their long-term growth strategy and urgent need, they are looking for a Project Engineer with strong Fit-Out experience in Dubai. The individual must have worked in a similar role. Applicants must have previous experience of working in a fast track environment.. Key Activities (Not limited to): \xe2\x80\xa2 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, supervisors, and the general workforce involved in the project \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise \xe2\x80\xa2 Check plans, technical drawings and quantities to ensure that they are followed correctly \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide technical advice and cost-effective solutions for the intended project \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, quality, budgets and timescales \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports as required

Requirements
Key Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 5-10 years experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Fit-Out experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be based in Dubai \xe2\x80\xa2 Any nationality preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have excellent communication, technical and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have a valid driving license
