Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Engineer - Electrical to join our team!**

In this role, you will join a professional engineering, construction, and cost management team that is involved in multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). KAFD is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh's new Central Business District that combines a real estate development of approximately 850,000 sqm of office space, 115,000 GLA of retail, 1,200 residential units, 5-star Hotels, and 600 hospitality keys. KAFD is set to be the main enabler of the KSA 2030 vision.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

**Manage the Electrical Deliverables during the design and construction supervision stages to ensure the adherence to the contract documents and established project's objectives.**

**This includes but not limited to the followings:**

+ Deliverables related to Building MEP layouts, Utility layouts etc.

+ Layouts and details of the HVAC, potable water, sewer and firefighting systems

+ HVAC system and its components design reviews

+ Firefighting and potable water system and its components design reviews

+ Layouts and Details of the Potable water, Fire Water and Strom water pump stations elements including the pumps, pipes, valves and fittings etc.

+ Pump selection, Chiller selection and pipe sizing for all disciplines

+ Assists in determining the scope of procurement work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project buyouts, monitoring progress to maintain those procurements.

+ Interfaces with procurement and subcontract personnel to facilitate the bid process.

+ Coordinates the utilization of interdisciplinary technical personnel on the project with other Project Engineers.

+ Coordinates the assignment of personnel from other technical support groups within the company.

+ Assists the Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study. Assists in determining the technical skills and staff hours required for the successful completion of the project.

+ Ensures client criteria and scope are met by all engineering disciplines. Expedites distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with the client and Project Manager.

+ Prepares technical reports and documentation of activity for the client and project management.

+ Obtains, analyzes and circulates technical and contractual information to project discipleines.

**Qualification**

4- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)

- 5+ years related field engineering experience or a broad general engineering background

Licenses and Certifications

- Professional registration may also be required.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**

Potential to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required. Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project.
