Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 10+ years of UAE-specific experience in the contracting industry to oversee large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing contracts, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international standards.

- Lead end-to-end project execution, from tender evaluation to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage FIDIC and UAE contract terms, including variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities (DM, ADM, TRA, etc.) for approvals and compliance.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring HSE compliance (UAE OSHAD, Dubai Civil Defense regulations).
- Monitor progress using Primavera P6/MS Project, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare and control project budgets (AED 50M+) and cash flow forecasts.
- Review interim payments, VO (Variation Orders), and final accounts with commercial teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and taxation laws in contractual agreements.
- Lead multicultural project teams (engineers, supervisors, laborers) and subcontractors.
- Conduct progress meetings with clients (PMCs, developers) and submit monthly reports.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and ensure smooth project execution per UAE market practices.
