We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Project Engineer (PE) to join our engineering team supporting High Voltage GIS Substation and Synchronous Condenser projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The role is designed for engineers with 0-2 years of relevant experience who seek to develop their leadership and coordination capabilities in a dynamic project environment.



The selected candidate will work under the guidance of senior Project Engineering Managers and discipline leads, contributing to design coordination, client interface, and engineering quality assurance.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a full Project Engineering Manager role within large-scale EPC projects.


The candidate must also be eligible for unrestricted access to Saudi Electricity Company offices, substations, and project sites.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support the development of engineering deliverables (layouts, schematics, GTPs, BOQs) in line with project requirements. Assist in the coordination of cross-disciplinary engineering tasks (primary, secondary, civil, control, and protection). Participate in technical meetings and design reviews with internal teams and vendors. Track document transmittals and ensure timely responses to comments from clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with project planners and engineering leads to monitor design schedules. Assist in the preparation and updating of the engineering execution plan. Coordinate with site teams and construction engineers to align design intent with field execution. Support senior Project Engineering Managers in preparing and submitting documents to clients such as Saudi Electricity Company or Aramco.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Familiarity with engineering standards such as IEC, IEEE, and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)/Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) specifications. Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Desired Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Able to live and work in Riyadh Basic understanding of electrical and civil engineering coordination. Registered in Saudi council of engineering (SCE) Availability for on-site presence and regional travel within Saudi Arabia Willingness to work in different locations for short or medium period and to travel worldwide.

In line with Saudization requirements preference will be given to qualified Saudi nationals.
