Job Description

Central One Dubai Properties is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality real estate, hospitality, and residential projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market knowledge and a proven track record of managing projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within

s

cope, timeline, and budget. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and internal teams. Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure quality control and adherence to approved designs and specifications. Conduct regular site meetings and update stakeholders on project status. Manage approvals, permits, and documentation required by local authorities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in the UAE. Proven experience in real estate, hospitality, or residential projects. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, regulations, and authorities. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Proficient in project management tools and MS Office. UAE Driving License preferred.
