online portals and approvals submissions
for:Dubai Municipality (DM)
Dubai Civil Defense (DCD)
RTA
DEWA
DSOA
Trakhees
Emaar
Nakheel
JAFZA
Preparation, submission, and follow-up of: Drawings NOCs Permits Authority comments & revisions Coordination with: Consultants Contractors Authorities Tracking approvals, resubmissions, and final clearances Maintaining proper documentation and approval recordsCandidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering
(Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience
in anEngineering Consultancy
Proven experience inauthority portal handling
Strong knowledge of: Approval procedures UAE regulations and authority standards Ability to work independently and meet submission deadlines Good communication and coordination skillsPreferred
Immediate joiners Experience in
fit-out, infrastructure, or building projects
Familiar withmultiple authorities (not single-portal experience)
