Project Engineer - Civil Engineering

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in building construction projects from excavation to handover and the ability to manage and control site activities efficiently while coordinating with subcontractors and labor teams

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day construction site activities. Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Plan, coordinate, and control project activities to meet time, cost, and quality requirements. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site workforce. Monitor work progress and prepare regular progress reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on site. Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently. Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai, specifically in building construction projects. Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role. Strong ability to manage and control projects from execution to completion. Experience in dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and local authority requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software (AutoCAD preferred).
Salary & Benefits:

Salary range: AED 9,000 - AED 15,000, based on experience and qualifications. Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
Availability:

Immediate or short notice period preferred.
