Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with
site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
. Prepare and reviewwork schedules
, method statements, and material requirements. Ensure work is carried out according toquality, safety, and project timelines
. Monitor site progress and report to the Project Manager. Check drawings, quantities, and measurements for accuracy. Assist inbilling, quantity take-offs, and cost control
. Ensure compliance withsafety regulations and company procedures
. Attend project meetings and resolve site-related issues. Maintain proper project documentation and records.Requirements / Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in
Civil Engineering
or related field. Experience in building construction projects preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site management.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
