Position: Project Engineer

1) Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination: Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of elevator installation projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budget constraints.

2. Design and Technical Specifications: Developing and reviewing technical specifications and designs for elevator systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

3. Site Surveys and Assessments: Conducting site surveys to assess the feasibility of installation projects and identifying any potential challenges.

4. Installation Supervision: Supervising the installation of elevators, escalators, and related equipment, ensuring that all work is performed according to the project plan and technical specifications.

5. Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure that all installations meet the required standards and specifications.

6. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the installation process, including mechanical and electrical problems.

7. Client Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions.

8. Documentation and Reporting: Preparing detailed reports and documentation for each project, including progress reports, inspection reports, and final project summaries.

9. Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conducting safety inspections as needed.

10. Team Management: Leading and managing a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Minimum Requirement

Experience in elevator industry minimum 5 years experience. ( UAE experience is must & Driving license is mandatory )
