Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil or Mechanical Engineering
(Qualified Engineer preferred). Strong ability toread and interpret AutoCAD drawings
. Experience inproject coordination and site management
, including managing150+ manpower
with supervisors.Valid UAE driving license
(company car will be provided). Excellentcommunication
,leadership
, andcommanding skills
. Capable of efficientlyplanning and organizing
site and operational activities. Energetic, proactive, andsolution-oriented
mindset. Proficient inMS Word and Excel
for reporting and documentation.Preferred Experience:
2-5 years
of experience in the UAE. Hands-on experience inconstruction
,civil work
,facade
, or related technical services. Ability to conductsite visits
, follow up on daily activities, track completion, and ensure proper planning and coordination.Certifications (Optional):
IOSH / NEBOSH
- preferred, or willingness to obtain after joining.Salary Package:
