Requirements:

High/Mid rise building projects experience is must

Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil) Min 4 years in same/similar position Min 8 years relevant UAE/GCC experience

Responsibilities:

Check site surveying and setting out Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP). Ensure that the necessary technical information is conveyed clearly to the Site Engineer and details produced where required (shop drawings, sketches, etc.) Ensure that the project close out effort is well-planned and monitored. Ensure that the project mobilization effort is well-planned and monitored. Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings. Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment. Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval. Raise RFIs where necessary. Ensure implementation of all aspects of Project Inventory control. Assist with client payment demand valuation details. Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site. Awareness and effective handling of client complaints (internal and external). Study of Project Contract Documents and tender / contract comparisons. Input, awareness and implementation of the QHSE policy Coordinates with all project related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project. Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects. Any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Construction Manager.
