Project Engineer - Interior Fit-Out ( )
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site execution for interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare work schedules, material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings coordination. Ensure all works are completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and report site updates to the Project Manager. Ensure timely procurement of materials and follow up with suppliers. Supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure proper workmanship. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. Ensure safety compliance on-site and maintain proper documentation. Assist in cost control, variation preparation, and project handover documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field. Minimum 10 years experience in
interior fit-out
projects (joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, finishes). Strong knowledge of drawings, fit-out materials, and site execution. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines. UAE experience and driving license preferred.Job Type: Full-time
