About the Role:

Central One Dubai Properties is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction and property development projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily site activities to ensure project progress as per schedule. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure work quality and compliance with specifications. Review project designs, drawings, and materials for approval and execution. Prepare and monitor project timelines, cost estimates, and progress reports. Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements on-site. Assist in technical reviews, documentation, and coordination meetings. Provide technical support to the engineering and maintenance teams. Coordinate with construction manager, architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists in the project and oversees their work. Assist in selecting tools, materials and equipment and track inventory Trace and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan. Ensures that all local, state, and building codes and regulations and safety precautions in UAE are followed. Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related field). Maximum 5-6 years of UAE experience in project supervision or engineering within the real estate or construction sector (UAE experience Mandatory). Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
