About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Project Manager
with a strong background in the Dubai construction sector. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project planning, execution, and completion--ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget control.Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. Manage site teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Prepare regular project reports and documentation. Control project costs and ensure timely billing and payments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum
5 years of project management experience
in theDubai construction industry
. Strong understanding of UAE construction codes, regulations, and authority approvals. Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
