We are seeking a

seasoned and confident Project Engineer

to lead and manage architectural and construction projects across both office and site environments. This is a

client-facing role

that demands technical expertise, design sensibility, and the maturity to make decisions, solve problems, and drive results in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

The ideal candidate will bring a

strong architectural background

, combined with practical experience in

CAD drafting, metal fabrication, design development

, and on-site project delivery. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between design intent, production capabilities, and site realities.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of projects from concept through installation, coordinating seamlessly between office, site teams, clients, and fabrication partners. Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients--translating ideas into executable solutions and managing expectations with professionalism and authority. Oversee the preparation, review, and refinement of detailed CAD drawings and technical documents to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance. Lead the development and execution of architectural and metal fabrication projects, ensuring that design integrity is maintained throughout production and installation. Supervise on-site activities, resolve complex technical challenges swiftly, and uphold high standards of quality and safety. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables--reporting progress regularly and proactively mitigating risks or delays. Contribute to continuous improvement in design, material selection, fabrication techniques, and installation strategies.
