About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Engineer

with a background in

Civil or Electrical Engineering

to join our dynamic team in the

interior fit-out industry

. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and executing high-end commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site engineering and technical aspects of fit-out projects. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion. Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure compliance with design and quality standards. Prepare and monitor project schedules, materials procurement, and progress reports. Manage site execution, ensure adherence to HSE standards, and resolve technical issues on-site. Conduct inspections and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Support in project handover documentation and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in civil or electrical engineering (mandatory). 4-5 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, joinery works, and finishing details. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. UAE driving license
