Position:

Project Engineer - Fit-Out

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer (Fit-Out) will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and supervising interior fit-out works from project initiation to completion. The role involves managing technical, quality, and site execution aspects to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out works. Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure proper execution. Coordinate with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and monitor project schedules, material submittals, and progress reports. Ensure work is executed in compliance with approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations. Assist in preparing and reviewing shop drawings, material approvals, and as-built drawings. Manage site inspections and quality checks in coordination with QA/QC and client representatives. Identify and resolve technical or site issues promptly. Support the Project Manager in cost control, variation claims, and project documentation. Monitor manpower allocation and subcontractor performance to achieve productivity targets. Ensure proper handover documentation and final project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of UAE experience

in

interior fit-out projects

(commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential). Strong technical knowledge of fit-out works including MEP coordination, joinery, finishes, and materials. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. UAE driving license is an advantage.
