Job Description

We are looking for a

multi-skilled Project Engineer

with a strong background in

construction and technical services

. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, lead on-site operations, and ensure that all work is executed

safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

, within approved timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site assessments and evaluate staff performance to ensure project goals are achieved. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and maintenance activities across multiple trades --

Civil, MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Painting.

Collaborate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution. Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly to minimize project delays. Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of required materials and equipment. Conduct site inspections, enforce safety standards, and implement quality control procedures. Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and technical submissions. Assist in cost estimation and quotation preparation for upcoming projects. Ensure full compliance with

UAE construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering

(or related discipline). Minimum

5 years of experience

in MEP or related engineering projects within the UAE. Proven experience managing

residential, commercial, or industrial

projects. Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, codes, and construction standards. Excellent

leadership, project management, and problem-solving

skills. Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Ability to manage and motivate a multi-disciplinary team.

Valid UAE driving license

is mandatory.
