Job Description

We are seeking a

multi-skilled Project Engineer

with a solid background in the

construction and technical services industry

. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, oversee on-site operations, and ensure that all work is executed

safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site assessments and performance evaluations for newly assigned staff to ensure project objectives are achieved. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. Plan, coordinate, and supervise

construction and maintenance projects

across various trades --

Civil, MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Painting.

Collaborate effectively with project managers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution. Identify and resolve technical or operational challenges during project implementation. Oversee

procurement

processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Conduct

site inspections

, enforce

safety standards

, and implement

quality control procedures.

Prepare technical reports, project schedules, and progress updates for management review. Support the

estimation and quotation process

for upcoming projects. Ensure compliance with

UAE construction standards

, codes, and safety regulations. Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution of all technical activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering

(or a related discipline). Minimum

5 years of experience

in MEP or related engineering projects within the UAE. Proven experience in managing

residential, commercial, or industrial

projects. Strong understanding of

UAE regulations, codes, and construction standards.

Excellent

project management, leadership, and problem-solving

skills. Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

Ability to manage and motivate a

diverse workforce

, ensuring productivity and teamwork.

Valid UAE driving license

is mandatory.
