Job Description

We are looking for a

multi-skilled Project Engineer

with strong experience in the

Construction

and

technical service industry

. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, oversee site activities, and ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site assessments for all newly arrived staff to ensure targets and performance objectives are being met. Identify potential clients, develop

new business opportunities

, and maintain strong client relationships to secure projects Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and maintenance projects across multiple trades (Civil, MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Painting). Collaborate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues encountered during project implementation. Oversee procurement processes and monitor the timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment. Perform site inspections, enforce safety standards, and implement quality control procedures. Prepare and maintain technical reports, project schedules, and progress updates for management review. Support the estimation and preparation of quotations for new projects. Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve smooth execution of all technical activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering

(or a related field). Minimum of

5 years of experience

in MEP or related engineering projects in the UAE. Proven track record of successfully delivering MEP projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of

UAE regulations, codes, and industry standards

. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to

manage and coordinate staff from diverse nationalities

effectively, fostering teamwork and maintaining productivity. Valid

UAE driving license

is a must.
