:
Technical & Project Coordination
Review project drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure shop drawings are aligned with project requirements.
Assist in material take-offs, BOQ preparation, and procurement coordination.
Liaise with consultants, clients, main contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project progress.
Site Execution
Supervise installation activities for aluminium and glass works including curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, and skylights.
Monitor and ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings and safety standards.
Identify and resolve site issues, ensuring minimum disruption to the schedule.
Assist in managing subcontractors and labor teams on-site.
Project Management Support
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and updates for the Project Manager.
Track project timelines, costs, and variations.
Participate in site meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are followed on-site.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
5+ years of UAE experience in aluminium & glass or facade engineering.
Sound knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminium cladding, glazing, and related products.
Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings, structural details, and installation manuals.
Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Excel), and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Strong understanding of UAE building codes and safety regulations.
UAE driving license is preferred.
