OGO Contracting are seeking an experienced

Project Engineer (Civil)

with a minimum of

4 to 5 years of UAE experience

to join our dynamic team immediately!

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering and construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities. Prepare and review project documentation including drawings, BOQs, specifications, and reports. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on timelines, costs, and resource utilization. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards at the site. Manage procurement of materials and equipment as per project needs. Identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during project execution. Participate in site inspections and quality control checks. Prepare project handover documents and ensure all as-built drawings and reports are submitted. Support continuous improvement by providing feedback and lessons learned post-project completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or construction management. Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methods, and engineering design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (e.g., MS Project / Primavera). Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
