Project Engineer

to join our team and lead projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee interior design and fit-out projects from planning to handover. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely execution of works. Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, health & safety, and client requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution. Provide technical support and resolve site-related issues in a timely manner. Ensure project delivery within cost, time, and quality parameters.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or MEP (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing) Minimum 2-3

years of UAE experience

in project engineering within interior design and fit-out contracting. Strong knowledge of fit-out works including joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software MS Project/Primavera (optional) and AutoCAD. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Should have UAE driving license; preferably with own car.
