Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled

Project Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems

, with proven expertise in managing technical projects from conception to completion. This role requires hands-on experience in the UAE market, with a focus on project execution, technical innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site assessments for all newly arrived staff to ensure targets and performance objectives are being met. Identify potential clients, develop

new business opportunities

, and maintain strong client relationships to secure projects Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of MEP works for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure all works comply with UAE regulations, codes, and international best practices. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues encountered during project implementation. Oversee procurement processes and monitor the timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment. Perform site inspections, enforce safety standards, and implement quality control procedures. Prepare and maintain technical reports, project schedules, and progress updates for management review.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline

. Minimum of

5 years of experience

in MEP or related engineering projects in the UAE. Proven track record of successfully delivering MEP projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of

UAE regulations, codes, and industry standards

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit

, and other relevant engineering software. Excellent

problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

. Ability to

manage and coordinate staff from diverse nationalities

effectively, fostering teamwork and maintaining productivity. Ability to

manage multiple projects

simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Valid

UAE driving license

is a must.
