Job Description
Requirements:
? 2-5 years UAE experience (Construction / Site Management)
?
Proficient in Dubai Municipality (DM) approvals, as-built drawings & online inspection portals
? Strong communication in
English & Arabic
(Urdu/Hindi is a plus)? Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
? UAE Driving License (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities for smooth execution Ensure compliance with safety, quality & project specifications Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide progress updates Collaborate with architects, contractors & stakeholders Prepare schedules, budgets & project documentation Employment Visa or other Facility as per the UAE Labour law
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
