Job Purpose:
To coordinate, supervise, and manage fitout projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute interior fitout projects as per client requirements and design specifications. Review technical drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Supervise site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards. Monitor project progress, track schedules, and report to Project Manager. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at site. Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and final handover documentation. Manage resources, manpower allocation, and site logistics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in interior fitout projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of project management and site execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
