Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Project Engineer

to manage and execute

villa renovation projects

, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and coordination between multiple trades. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site execution, knowledge of civil and interior works, and a strong ability to manage subcontractors, consultants, and site teams in premium residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site execution of

villa renovation projects

from demolition to final finishes. Interpret architectural and MEP drawings and ensure works are carried out as per design intent and specifications. Plan and schedule construction activities, track progress, and report daily/weekly updates to the project manager. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor, vendors, and consultants on site. Monitor quality of workmanship, materials, and finishing details to ensure premium standards. Identify and resolve technical issues on-site and escalate critical matters when required. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site protocols, and municipal guidelines. Maintain project documentation including site logs, inspection reports, material approvals, and snag lists. Assist in cost control by minimizing wastage, ensuring efficient resource use, and tracking variations. Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams to provide updates and align execution goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in

villa renovation or high-end residential interior fit-outs

. Strong knowledge of civil, structural, interior finishing, MEP coordination, and waterproofing systems. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple renovation projects or phases simultaneously. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and timelines.

Preferred:

Experience working on

luxury or heritage villa renovations

. Understanding of local building codes and permit processes. Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions on-site.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
