Job Overview
Italco International L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled
Project Engineer / Project Coordinator
with extensive UAE experience ininterior fit-out and joinery projects
. The role involves managing all phases of project execution, from initial planning, cost estimation, and proposal preparation to on-site supervision, production coordination, and final delivery. The candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. Strong knowledge ofBOQ, project scheduling, workflow management, ERP systems, and client coordination
is essential. Immediate joiners with UAE experience are preferred.Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and manage
BOQs, cost estimations, quotations, and proposals
for projects. HandleSales Orders & Job Orders
, ensuring accurate execution and documentation. Overseeproduction workflow, material allocation, labour management, and site operations
. Read, interpret, and implementtechnical drawings, specifications, and layouts
. Coordinate withclients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
to ensure smooth project execution. Develop, monitor, and updateproject schedules, timelines, and progress reports
. Ensure projects comply withquality standards, budgets, timelines, and HSE requirements
. UtilizeERP systems, project management software, and other applications
for project tracking and reporting. Conductsite inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments
to prevent delays or errors. Supportproject handover documentation, client sign-offs, and project close-out procedures
. Resolve project-related issues, providingpractical solutions
to maintain workflow efficiency. Assist intraining and mentoring junior team members
and site staff.Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
(Civil/Architectural/Mechanical) or equivalent. Minimum4 years UAE experience
ininterior fit-out and joinery projects
. Strong expertise inBOQ, cost control, estimation, and project planning
. Proficiency inERP systems, project management software, and MS Office applications
. Experience insite management, labour coordination, and workflow optimization
. Excellentleadership, communication, and team coordination skills
. Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously
while meeting deadlines. Must hold a validOwn Visa / Spouse Visa / Father's Visa / Family Visa / Freelance Visa
