Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Must have a knowledge of DM, DDA, TRAKHEES, DEWA, etc Must be able to carry out the final inspections of all projects (luxury residential, commercial projects); rectify any snags and defects to achieve the satisfaction of clients on handing over the units

Project Planning & Coordination

Assist in preparing project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance

Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress aligns with project timelines Monitor quality of materials and workmanship in accordance with project standards Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site

Technical Support & Problem Solving

Provide technical support to resolve site issues and design discrepancies Liaise with consultants/clients to obtain necessary approvals for shop drawings, materials, and method statements Prepare and maintain records of site modifications and changes

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients Track project progress against schedule and highlight delays or risks Maintain proper documentation for inspections, approvals, and correspondence

Resource & Cost Management

Assist in controlling project costs by monitoring material usage and minimizing wastage Verify subcontractor bills, progress claims, and material delivery Support procurement activities by identifying material requirements in advance.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to discuss project progress and resolve issues Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
