Job Description

We are hiring Project Engineer with Civil Engg graduation and mi 3-4 years experience. He will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring all technical and engineering aspects of the project are managed effectively. Preferences will be givend for candidates with DM test passed. UAE driving license is mandatory.

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fit-out projects from start to finish. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for timely material and resource delivery. Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor and report project progress to the Project Manager, identifying risks and proposing solutions. Prepare work schedules, BOQs, and material submittals in coordination with procurement and design teams. Support site engineers and supervisors with technical guidance and problem-solving. Attend site meetings and coordinate between clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Supervise day-to-day operations on site and ensure work execution is in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate between design, procurement, and site execution teams. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and resolve technical issues.
