Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Project Engineer
with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage interior fit-out project execution from start to handover. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare project schedules, material submittals, and progress reports. Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly. Monitor project costs and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural / Interior Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Location:
