Project Engineer (UAE Villa Projects - G+4 Certified)

Position: Project Engineer

Location: UAE, Dubai

Industry: Residential Construction

Trakhees Green card & Orange card holder will be given priority.

Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer with a G+4 Building Contracting Certificate to oversee and execute high-end villa construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in villa construction, be well-versed in UAE regulations, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, with safety policies and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of villa construction projects.

Ensure compliance with G+4 regulations and local UAE building codes.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Supervise site activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.

Technical & Quality Control:

Implement best practices in construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Identify potential technical issues and propose effective solutions.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Ensure proper coordination between procurement, logistics, and site execution teams.

Budget & Cost Control:

Monitor project costs, ensuring alignment with the allocated budget.

Review and approve material requisitions and subcontractor invoices.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

Enforce HSE regulations and ensure all safety measures are followed on-site.

Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

G+4 Building Contracting Certificate (mandatory).

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury villa construction projects in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE municipality regulations, DM approvals, DDA and Trakhees requirements.

Skills & Competencies

Expertise in structural and finishing works for high-end villa projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and other construction software.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in working with luxury villa developers in Dubai.

Strong network with subcontractors and suppliers in the UAE construction industry.

Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable construction methods.
