Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project engineering for client sites, ensuring compliance with design and architectural standards. The role requires direct coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects that meet the company's standards of quality, safety, and excellence. The incumbent will support the Company's strategic goal of becoming a market leader in delivering high-quality and innovative real estate projects.

The position reports to the CEO.
The job holder keeps the CEO informed of ongoing project activities, developments, and potential challenges on a regular but informal basis.
The job holder operates with a good deal of independence to propose solutions and ensure project performance aligns with company objectives.
The job holder works within the Company's policies, standard operating procedures, and objectives as approved by Maestro Constructions' Executive Management. The incumbent is responsible for designing and implementing strategies, systems, and processes that support these objectives.
The job holder meets frequently and informally with colleagues to plan, review, and monitor progress against project objectives.
Outside the Company, the job holder maintains strong working relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients in line with Company policies and standards.
3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Oversee and manage all project engineering activities on client sites, ensuring architectural standards are met.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.
Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, providing technical input as required.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the CEO.
Contribute to the training and development of UAE Nationals within the department.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the CEO.
5. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized university or college.
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in project engineering, preferably in the construction or consultancy sector.
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the construction or property development sector.
Strong understanding of architectural standards and project engineering principles.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant IT tools and software.
