Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Project Engineer

with a

DM Unlimited License

to join our contracting company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing building construction projects in the UAE, with strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to liaise with consultants, clients, and Dubai Municipality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site execution and ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project flow. Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings. Ensure compliance with all Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and building codes. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Handle documentation and approval processes related to DM, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc. Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and material procurement. Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports. Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and escalate where required. Support project handover, snagging, and close-out documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

DM Unlimited License Holder (mandatory).

Minimum 7-10 years of UAE experience in building construction (preferably high-rise or villa projects). Strong knowledge of DM regulations, submission procedures, and approval processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software. Excellent communication and coordination skills. UAE driving license is an added advantage.
