Project Engineer
Job Description
:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, hands-on experience managing construction projects in the UAE, and hold a valid Dubai Municipality G+4 certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the execution of construction projects from planning to handover.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and project specifications.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and implement quality control measures.
Liaise with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
G+4 Certified by Dubai Municipality (DM) - Required
5-7 years of experience within Dubai - Required
Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and procedures.
Proficient in project management tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
UAE driving license
