We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Project Engineer (Fit-out)

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background and extensive experience in managing interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines. Coordinate and liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of work. Prepare project schedules, work programs, and progress reports. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained. Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on-site. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to at all times. Monitor project budgets and control project costs to avoid overruns. Review and approve material submittals and method statements. Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients. Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure high-performance delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 7-9 years of experience in interior fit-out project execution in the UAE or GCC region. Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and project documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and other local authority approvals. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. UAE Driving License is an advantage.
