:Minimum
7 years of UAE experience
in villa or residential building construction. Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, site execution, and project coordination. Must be available forin-person interviews
in the UAE.Education & Certifications
:Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or related discipline (mandatory). UAE Society of Engineers Membership (preferred). ValidDubai Municipality Certification
or equivalent (preferred).Project Management Certification (PMP)
is a plus.Key Responsibilities
:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities. Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor site safety and compliance with regulations.
