Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Project Engineer

with hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have worked as a

Site Supervisor

in the Dubai fit-out industry and must be familiar with interior and MEP drawings, site coordination, and project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately Prepare and monitor project work schedules and timelines Ensure on-site quality control and adherence to design specifications Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow Conduct site inspections and ensure safety and compliance standards Report progress and issues to the project manager or senior engineer Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Desired Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision within an interior fit-out company in Dubai

Civil Engineering degree

is mandatory Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed drawings (interior and MEP) Working knowledge of

AutoCAD

Fluent in

Hindi

; English communication is a plus Flexible with working hours and site demands Detail-oriented and capable of handling pressure and tight deadlines Candidates on

visit visa or short notice period
