Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Project Engineer

with 2-3 years of experience in

Acoustic

or

Interior Fit-Out

works. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring technical compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, on-site coordination, and basic knowledge of project documentation and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily site activities. Supervise and monitor subcontractor work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, estimation) for smooth project execution. Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Prepare and maintain project documentation such as daily reports, inspection requests, snag lists, and handover documents. Conduct site inspections and assist in resolving technical issues or discrepancies. Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors for day-to-day coordination. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

2-3 years of experience

in a project execution role within

acoustic

or

interior fit-out

environments. Basic understanding of acoustical materials, interior finishes, and installation techniques. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

MS Office

, and familiarity with project tracking tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Site - coordination and reading construction drawings. Exposure to acoustic treatment projects in hospitality, offices, or performance spaces. Familiarity with project documentation workflows and quality control procedures.
