Lead the technical design and implementation of ELV security solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry best practices. Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and proposal development to final commissioning and handover to clients. Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related technologies. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards. Conduct site surveys, assess client needs, and develop detailed technical specifications for security system implementations. Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to security system performance. Stay current with the latest security technologies, trends, and regulations, providing recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within allocated financial constraints. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrates a minimum of 4 years of experience in the ELV/Security Systems industry, with a focus on project engineering and implementation. Exhibits strong proficiency in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting various security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems. Experience with projects in the Middle East or similar international environments is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Should be Fluent in English (written and spoken) and knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage. Must have a valid driving license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
