Job Description

The Role

Assist in planning and executing interior fit-out projects from start to completion, ensuring alignment with design, timeline, and budget. - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and services. - Prepare technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals, ensuring they meet project specifications and client expectations. - Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring, addressing any issues or delays in real-time. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations, supporting a zero-incident safety culture. - Review project documents and drawings, identifying potential design or construction issues before execution. - Liaise with the project manager and site teams, providing technical guidance and status updates. - Support procurement by identifying material requirements and verifying quantities against drawings and BOQs. - Participate in client and consultant meetings, providing updates and resolving on-site technical challenges. - Maintain documentation and project logs, including daily reports, snag lists, and as-built records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction, preferably within commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors. - Knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and MEP coordination is essential
