Infirise IT Services is hiring a Project Engineer for our Dubai office. We are seeking a technically skilled individual with hands-on IT experience, along with strong capabilities in sales and customer relationship management. The role involves leading project execution, engaging directly with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coordinate and

work along with team

for IT projects from planning to execution. Work closely with internal technical teams and clients. Translate business requirements into technical actions. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery. Provide technical consultation and pre/post-sales support. Manage client communication and build lasting relationships.

Prepare technical documentation

and project status reports. Identify business growth opportunities within client accounts. Engage in

direct sales activities

and support in generating new leads and closing deals.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in the IT industry. Strong understanding of

IT services

(e.g., development, infrastructure, support). Proven experience in technical roles + sales/customer handling. Fluent in

Malayalam (preferred)

, English, and Hindi. Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Must be available for full-time office-based role in Dubai. Valid UAE Driving License is preferred but not compulsory.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
