Job Summary:
The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, budgets, and timelines. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, procurement, and quality control, to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams) to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations.

2. Design & Technical Oversight:

• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical support to the project team and resolve engineering issues.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and safety regulations (e.g., ISO, ASTM, OSHA).

3. Execution & Monitoring:

• Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report deviations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain project documentation (drawings, change orders, RFIs, reports).
• Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and post-project evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

5. Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks.
• Recommend process improvements and cost-saving measures.
• Support post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Experience: 3+ years in project engineering, construction, or manufacturing (varies by industry).
• Certifications: PMP, PE license, or Six Sigma (preferred but not mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or other engineering software.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [specify relevant standards, e.g., ASME, AISC, NEC].

Work Environment:
