Job Description
Job Purpose:
To manage and oversee site execution activities for G+1 (Ground + One Floor) projects, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations, quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols. The role demands technical expertise, coordination skills, and a strong understanding of UAE construction laws and Dubai Municipality/G+1 licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
Supervise daily site activities ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Interpret and implement project plans and drawings on-site.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all work complies with relevant G+1 licensing requirements and local authority approvals. Liaise with consultants and municipality engineers for inspections and approvals.Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, method statements, and inspection requests. Maintain accurate records of site activities and material usage.Coordination:
Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, safety officers, and procurement teams. Attend site meetings and ensure timely communication of project requirements.Health, Safety, and Environment:
Enforce HSE standards and ensure work is carried out safely. Report and mitigate potential hazards on site.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
