The Role

Guildhall is supporting a prominent real estate developer in identifying a qualified Project Engineer for a residential building project in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with proven experience in construction planning, coordination, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: o Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project execution aligns with contract and engineering standards o Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera (P6) o Prepare progress reports, manpower plans, and cash flow forecasts o Monitor progress and productivity using earned value analysis o Handle interim payment processing and contractor claims in coordination with the Contracts Engineer o Work closely with internal teams and consultants to ensure timely and efficient project delivery



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering o Minimum 3 years of experience with a real estate developer o Proficient in Primavera P6 and reporting tools o Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills o Experience in residential construction is preferred
