About the Role

We are seeking a qualified

Project Engineer

with a Civil Engineering background to oversee and execute facility maintenance and marine projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

5 years of relevant experience

, demonstrating a strong ability to manage and deliver infrastructure and marine-based projects in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage facility maintenance and marine construction activities. Lead site inspections, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion within budget. Prepare project documentation including reports, work schedules, budgets, and technical drawings. Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to engineering specifications and safety protocols. Liaise with consultants, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders for project approvals and compliance. Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise during project execution. Monitor the performance of mechanical and structural systems within facilities and marine structures. Enforce environmental and occupational health and safety (EHS) standards at all times.

What do we need from you

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 5 years' experience

in facility maintenance and marine . Valid UAE Driving License Proven experience managing infrastructure projects, including marine or waterfront structures. Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and structural analysis tools. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. * Ability to work in challenging marine environments and remote project sites.
