We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer with proven experience in managing and executing construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered

. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and navigating complex project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and local codes. Collaborate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and progress. Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to field staff. Review and approve project drawings, submittals, and change orders. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain detailed documentation, including reports, schedules, and logs. Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and complies with local building codes, safety regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

7-10

years of experience in project engineering or construction management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency with project management software (AutoCAD, Primavera, Plan swift, MS Project, MS office and etc.). Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
